This Refund & Subscription Policy applies to PhantomID, a product operated by NexoraGaming.
At the time of PhantomID Beta, no paid subscriptions or payments are required to create or use a PhantomID account.
This policy is provided to outline how subscriptions and refunds will be handled once paid features become available.
1. Current Status (PhantomID Beta)
PhantomID Beta is free to use.
No subscription fees are charged
No payment information is collected
No refunds are applicable at this time
This policy will become effective when paid plans are introduced.
2. Future Subscriptions
In future versions of PhantomID, optional paid subscriptions may be offered, including premium features or enhanced services.
Before any subscription becomes active:
- Pricing and billing terms will be clearly displayed
- Subscription details will be provided prior to purchase
- Users will be required to explicitly opt in
3. Billing and Renewal (Future)
When subscriptions are introduced:
- Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Renewal terms will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase
- Users will be able to manage or cancel their subscription through their account
4. Refund Policy (Future)
