These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PhantomID, a product operated by NexoraGaming (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By creating an account or using PhantomID, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use PhantomID.

1. PhantomID Service

PhantomID provides a unique and verified gaming identity linked to a user account and a Discord account.
PhantomID is currently provided as part of an early public release (V1). Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

2. Eligibility

To use PhantomID, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid Discord account
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

When creating a PhantomID account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must not share, sell, or transfer your PhantomID account

You agree to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Discord Integration

PhantomID requires linking a Discord account for identity verification.
By connecting your Discord account, you authorize PhantomID to:

• Verify your Discord user ID
• Add you to the NexoraGaming Discord server
• Assign or manage verification roles

PhantomID does not access private messages or perform actions outside the scopes explicitly authorized.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use PhantomID for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PhantomID at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abuse or harmful behavior
• It is necessary to protect the platform or its users

Account termination may result in the loss of access to your PhantomID and associated data.

7. Availability and Changes

PhantomID is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• PhantomID and NexoraGaming shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, service downtime, or data loss

Your use of PhantomID is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to PhantomID are the property of NexoraGaming or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, or use PhantomID content without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be effective when posted, with the updated revision date.
