We collect account information (email, username), profile data you provide (rating, country, main game), and information from linked accounts you choose to connect (such as Epic Games / Fortnite, or Discord), limited to what is needed to display your competitive stats.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your Byldia profile, run tournaments, display leaderboards and stats, and send you relevant notifications about your account and tournaments.

Third-Party Accounts

When you link a third-party account (e.g. Epic Games), we only request the minimum access needed to fetch your public game stats. We do not post on your behalf or access unrelated data.

Epic Games Data: Storage, Use & Retention

When you connect your Epic Games account, we receive and store your Epic account identifier, display name, and public Fortnite stats (such as rank, wins, and match history) in our secure database. This data is stored for as long as your Byldia account remains active and your Epic Games account stays linked. We use this data solely to display your stats and rank on your Byldia profile, leaderboards, and within tournaments you join on our platform — we do not use it for any other purpose, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. You can disconnect your Epic Games account at any time from your account settings, which immediately stops any further data retrieval. You may also request full deletion of your stored Epic Games data at any time by contacting us at the email below; deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Your public profile information may be visible to other users as part of the platform's core functionality (leaderboards, tournament rosters, public profiles).

Your Rights

You can update or delete your profile information at any time from your account settings, or contact us to request removal of your data.
